Client
Medium Sized B2B Marketing Lead Generation Company in the Netherlands
Case
Our client wanted us to generate and deliver a B2B database of company accounts in the Netherlands that have outsourced their Payroll Administration. They also wanted us to conduct some research to identify the number of payroll employees that each account had outsourced to external parties.
Solution
Together with our specialized HR Analytics and market research networks we developed a research design with which we determined the main explanatory variables for our search query. In addition we determined other relevant segmentation criteria that would enhance the quality of the generated data. The market research execution part was taken care of through a small sized survey of target companies in combination with a sample study. We were then able to produce several highly accurate databases at short notice segmented across various geographies in the Netherlands. We managed to populate all the relevant contact datafields that our client requested including address and phone numbers. As a result of having been able to accurately identify all companies that have outsourced their HR Payroll administration with a high degree of precision rate and low bounce rate, our client has achieved a notable improvement in the effectiveness of their lead generation outreach which subsequently improved the client acquisition activities of their client. Hence our solution went well beyond database generation, to include our market research and HRM consulting services.
Client
Small Sized Venture Capital matchmaker for StartUps in the Netherlands
Case
For email marketing and business development purposes our client wanted us to generate and deliver a customized B2B database of 1500 Family Office/Venture Capital contact leads, two leads per account. The contact leads would consist of investor decisionmakers or analysts operating in the DACH region, the wider EU region, and the UK. The database would include data categories such as their amount of Linkedin connections, Linkedin profile URL's, email addresses etc.
Solution
The various challenges of this project involved a combination of the type of data resources provided by the client and the ensuing data enrichment requirements, barriers to data access & collection as a result of the often exclusive nature of the prospects, the necessity to considerably restructure the collected data in a way that it can be efficiently transposed into a database, utilizing supplementary solutions to meet unique client requirements in terms of batch data needs etc. We were able to complete the project using various external and in-house data collection tools, advanced Excel & Google Sheets data conversion skills, and last but not least domain specific expertise allowing us to identify the accurate investor leads based on their employed investment instruments.

Medium Sized B2B Sales Lead Generation Company in the Netherlands
Case
Our client wanted us to generate and deliver a B2B database of 2000 webshop accounts in the Netherlands that sell physical products through specific e-commerce development platforms in use. They wanted us to generate the full account addresses, account phone numbers, and to specify the webshop development platform in use by those accounts. Webshop companies are a fairly new breed of  business that are in many ways atypical. First of all, their businesses very often blur sectoral boundaries, making it hard to identify their primary venue of business and industry. Secondly, the logistical aspect of their businesses hold above-average prominence, and their are numerous intra-sectoral differences in the way their logistical activities are implemented. And thirdly, because their main source of revenue is generated online, they frequently may not use a phone number or even an address making it hard to access such data.
Solution
With the aid of our in-house market intelligence capabilities, additional qualitative desk research, and cutting edge data collection tools we were able to effectively segment our search in terms of setting the correct industry- and geographical boundaries. Our approach was granular and involved an amount of trial and error backed by a thorough manual verification proces, for example through random phone surveys to make sure that the prospects met our client requirements in terms of logistical process employed, to which our client can add value. Rather than simply resulting in a list of .com or .nl webshop companies, we produced an incredibly diverse constellation of ecommerce company accounts segmented by type of ecommerce platform in use and their industry. The database will allow our sales client to track their sales performance by type of industry which will commercially benefit them for the years to come.

Medium Sized B2B Sales Lead Generation Company in the Netherlands
Case
Our client asked us to generate and deliver a B2B database of 2000 Solar Panel Installation firms in the Netherlands including a specification of their amount of employees.
Solution
Since Solar panel installation is a niche profession not accurately grasped by the available industry filters or SIC codes within the major lead generation tools, we had to devise a sequence of extensive boolean search strings consisting of around 65 keywords each. Backed by our strong (local) professional vocabulary skills we applied the right mix of keywords, which enabled us to be on-target with generating the correct company accounts. Particularly challenging in this project was obtaining sufficient contact data, in which we finally succeeded by applying an innovative and very efficient data collection method that we had not employed before, with great success.
